Delivery Information

GENERAL DELIVERY INFO //

All items will be packaged appropriately for shipping. In order to save on un-necessary waste I won’t include a receipt in your package and will occasionally re-use postal packaging. Therefore, if you require a physical receipt, let me know. 

If the purchase is a gift, please get in touch and a personal note can be included. 


UK CUSTOMERS //

Within the UK, orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class which usually takes 1-2 working days from dispatch but can take longer during peak times. 


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS //

Orders will be sent via International Standard (Airmail). Times can vary; my best estimation is about 10-14 working days but can take longer depending on your country's postal services, but most orders are received within 7 working days. 

Airmail currently does not have tracking or guaranteed delivery times, if you want an upgraded delivery method please get in touch. 

If your package has not arrived after 6 weeks from shipping confirmation, please get in contact and we can resolve the issue.

Any import duties due are the buyers responsibility.

REFUNDS//

I hope that all my items are received in the best possible condition but if for any reason you are unhappy, Under the Distance Selling Regulations act you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is the buyers responsibility and proof of postage is required. Once the item has been returned and is in a re-sale-able condition, I will issue a full refund via your original payment method within 5 days of receiving the item back.

If an item is received faulty, please get in touch within a week of receiving to arrange a return/exchange

EXCHANGES//

If you wish to exchange instead, I have a wider variety of items available that are not listed and am happy to facilitate an exchange for something else if necessary. This can be initiated via email. The item to be exchanged must be returned in it's original unused and re-sale-able condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
